“WE ARE LIVING A LIMITLESS LIFE… KNOW THIS TO BE TRUE AND YOU ARE FREE.” Bert McCoy As kids, we were limitless… Remember the imagination, dreams, and aspirations we used to have? We would look up at the sky and act as if the stars were within arms reach. Our world was filled with nothing but possibilities. Somewhere along the road, we lost that spark. Whether it’s school, work, or the demands at home, we get overwhelmed and end up throwing our hands up in defeat. We accept the false reality that maybe we were just meant to be where we are. It’s time to shake that belief. What if I told you the reason you’re overwhelmed, stressed, or barely keeping up is because you haven’t fully optimized your mind, body, and time. Jut think for a second… How much you could truly accomplish when firing on all cylinders? My guest today, Julian Hayes II wants you to forget about limits and embrace your potential. As an epigenetic coach for entrepreneurs & executives, Julian is changing the way we approach aging, health, and performance. It’s easy to see that Julian’s experience comes from tested methods and years of perfecting his technique. Even still, Julian would tell you there is still so much more to explore. Hop into today’s episode and join us as we discuss: Having it all, but not all at once Auditing your Life Sleep is a nutrient for the brain Developing your system And more! “IF YOU GET TIRED, LEARN TO REST, NOT TO QUIT.” Banksy We live in highly demanding times.  Whether it’s your job, relationships, kids, or friends, we’re always “On.” The small amazing gadgets in our pocket make us accessible 24/7 to the people we have carelessly given our credentials to. Notification goes off, and we respond. If it’s not the phone, it’s something else. Maybe it’s work deadlines, pressure to keep up with house chores, or kids calling out “mom” every 3 seconds. Whatever it may be, a lot of us have felt the constraints of obligation close in tighter and strangle us into submission.  There has got to be a better way… Thankfully, there is! Scott Anderson is a… In his coaching, Scott spends a good amount of time dissecting burnout in his clients and delivering ways to recover and prevent it. Did you know symptoms of Burnout include lack of energy, pessimistic behavior, and Isolation? If these sound similar to depression and Anxiety, that because just like the previously mentioned, burnout itself is a full-on clinical disorder. What’s more shocking is the numbers Scot shares in this episode. Pre-pandemic measure estimated 20% of Americans are experiencing burnout. That number has since been increased to 60%! With that being said, it’s safe to say two out of three people reading this, need Scott’s advice and expertise. Hop into today’s episode and join the conversation as Scott and I unpack the cause of burnout, strategies for preventing burnout, and how to increase our effectiveness on a daily basis. “EVERY MOMENT IS A FRESH BEGINNING.” T.S. Eliot As we come into the final hours of 2020, it’s normal for a lot of us to look back and reflect. It’s that one last glance around the room before turning off the light, closing the door and moving on to your next chapter. What does that room look like? If we’re talking about 2020, I’m willing to bet it looks like a tornado went through it. It’s safe to say we all had a personal and unique experience with 2020. Good or bad, our worlds have been rocked, hard. But we’re still on our feet! In today’s episode of “No Rain… No Rainbows,” Andrej and I unpack the year we’ve had and set goals and projections for the upcoming year. We focus on embracing the challenges and using our circumstances as the launching pad for growth. Just like the Christmas episode, I invite you to join us in these questions; What was the good, the bad, the lesson, and the blessing? What are your goals and aspirations for 2021? Andrej and I share our personal experiences with 2020 and focus on staying positive and celebrating the good while still acknowledging the bad. In the end, It’s about balance. May this episode find you in good spirits and help in making 2021 eclipse your 2020! “CHRISTMAS IS THE DAY THAT HOLDS ALL TIME TOGETHER.” Alexander Smith Christmas is an interesting time… Many would say it’s the most wonderful time of the year. Others may think of it differently. Whichever your view, it’s safe to say Christmas 2020 brings in a whole new meaning. How does the happiest time of the year look when the year has set the bar extremely low for so many? While we all try our best to stay safe and salvage the best Christmas we can with friends and family, it’s also worth unpacking the intention of how we would like Christmas to look moving forward. In this holiday episode, Andrej Suttles & I wish you a Merry Christmas and share the stories of our past experiences and future hopes. We invite you to join us in today’s exercise. The three questions we unpack in this episode are; What was your favorite Christmas? What was your most impactful Christmas? What would you like Christmas to look like for your kids? (Or moving forward) Hop into today’s episode and join us as we unpack these questions and share our thoughts. On behalf of Andrej and myself, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday!
