Teri Williams is the President and Chief Operating Officer of OneUnited Bank, the largest Black-owned bank in the United States, where she also serves on the Board of Directors. Based in Boston, she plays a central role in the bank’s strategic direction, operations, and mission-driven efforts to promote economic empowerment in underserved communities. Williams brings extensive experience in financial services and technology, having previously held roles in companies such as CCC Intelligent Solutions. Under her leadership, OneUnited has expanded its national presence and influence in promoting financial literacy, closing the racial wealth gap, and supporting community development.
