Thomas Holt is an author. He publishes under his own name, and he writes fantasy under the pseudonym K.J. Parker. Holt's works include mythopoeic novels which parody or are based on various aspects of mythology, history or literature, which he develops in new ways. He has also written a number of historical novels writing as Thomas Holt. Holt was educated at Westminster School, Wadham College, Oxford, and The College of Law, London.
