Timothy L. Switaj is a physician and healthcare executive who serves as vice president, chief population health officer, and associate chief medical officer at WellSpan Health, a regional health system in the United States. In these roles he leads population health strategy, care transformation initiatives, and clinical quality improvement efforts designed to improve outcomes, reduce disparities, and advance value-based care. Switaj works with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement programs that address chronic disease management, preventive care, care coordination, and community health needs.
