TJ Griffin is a youth mentor, program provider, national trainer, and the founder of The Vision Program which provides programs, curriculum, and workshops for at-risk youth predominately in the Juvenile Justice system. TJ is also an accredited trainer in Juvenile Justice providing training opportunities for youth-care workers and support staff, addiction counselors, judges, and probation officers. In 2018 TJ spoke on the TEDx platform where he talked about the effects environments have on a child’s belief system, titled “The Paper Plane Effect” TJ is also an actor and recently starred in the independent faith-based film “CHOICES “based on the true story of speaker and author Ron James. TJ has been featured in many local and national publications such as SUCCESS magazine for his work with at-risk youth.
Before working in juvenile justice TJ was a recording artist manager and booking agent in the music business and has worked with the likes of mega film director Zack Snyder, NORE, Armageddon, Queen, Fat Joe, and rapper-actor ICE T.
