Victoria Chamberlin is a reporter and producer. Currently, she is a producer for Vox Media’s daily news podcast "Today, Explained." Previously, Chamberlin was a reporter for DCist and WAMU 88.5, where she reported local news and feature stories for web and radio broadcast. She was one of ten reporting fellows for the public media collaborative project, "Guns & America." Prior to becoming a journalist, Chamberlin served on active duty in the U.S. Army for seven years. Chamberlin received her B.M. in Music from the Mansfield University of Pennsylvania and her M.A. in Journalism from Georgetown University.
