Xochitl Gonzalez is a writer, screenwriter, and producer. Currently, she is a staff writer for The Atlantic.Prior to becoming a writer, Gonzalez was a wedding planner. Her first novel, "Olga Dies Dreaming," was published in 2020.Gonzalez received her B.A. in Art History from Brown University and her M.F.A. in fiction from the Iowa Writers' Workshop at the University of Iowa.
