Yvonne Navarro is an author of of dark fantasy, horror, suspense, science fiction, romance and mystery.Navarro's first novel, "AfterAge," was published in 1993, and was a finalist for the Bram Stoker Award for a first novel. She has since published over twenty novels. She has received several awards, including the Bram Stoker Award, the Chicago Women in Publishing Award for Excellence in Adult Fiction, the Rocky Mountain News "Unreal Worlds" Award, and the National Federation of Press Women awards.Navarro has written novels for movies and franchises such as Hellboy, Elektra, and Ultraviolet, Aliens, Species, Buffy the Vampire Slayer novels.
