On February 11th, 2005, a group of four German backpackers arrived into the NSW Northern Rivers City of Lismore. 25-year-old Simone Strobel, her 24-year-old boyfriend Tobias Suckfuell, Tobias’ older sister 28-year-old Katrin Suckfuell, and Katrin’s friend Jens Martin aged 25.
