初めまして!読書家ヨギーKentaです。現在は、ヨガを深めながらも週に2冊の本を読んでいますヨガを始めたきっかけは、消防士時代に遡ります。心が疲れ切っていた頃にヨガに出会い人生が180度変わりました。現在の日本では、ヨガスタジオに男性が行きづらいのが現状です。そんな現状を変えるためのコミュニティが『Gorilla Yoga🦍』です。初めてヨガをやるメンズの方や、自分と繋がるためにヨガを始めたい方とヨガを深めるきっかけを作る為にこのプロジェクトを始動。 2021/3/7~
