《親愛的小耳朵》敘述一個凡事漫不經心的四年及小學生的「奇遇」___他憑空長出了一隻會說、會唱、會亂跑的小耳朵！
這位叫李右年的小朋友，是一個活潑又愛現的小男生，由於記性很差，凡事都漫不經心的，大人們常被他「脫線」的行為弄得很頭痛，不知道該如何是好。有一天早上當他起床，不可思議的事發生了……。
怎麼會這樣呢？他又該怎麼辦呢？麻煩重重，讓他煩不勝煩；只是，他作夢也沒想到，這「見不得人」的小耳朵竟然會有讓他揚眉吐氣的一天……。
小耳朵最初帶來麻煩，繼而不斷製造笑料，最後終於使得小主人揚眉吐氣….這是創意一級棒、趣味滿點、啟發性十足的新鮮故事！
