The lies of “you’ll never amount to anything.” “You’re a piece of $&)#” “You’re a burden”, “You’re unlovable” and so on. I know from experience how devastating those lies are to our well being. Only when we face the root cause and see it for what it is, a lie, only then can we change our story.
