100% Sophie ft Lucy 

Ever since high school started I've been on a long journey to put down my phone and live more in the present. In this episode, Lucy and I talk about my experience in breaking an unhealthy habit. I have also noticed a positive boost in my mental health ever since I decided to limit myself on my phone. Recently, I've been very open about my opinions on social media and why I deleted my accounts, etc. Once I stopped using technology there was more room to relax or try out new hobbies just for funsies.
