NTUC’s e2i works with strategic partners to support the training and development of our local workers through various training upskilling initiatives. Through partnerships with strategic partners, NTUC’s e2i hope to use Capital Radio FM95.8 to highlight the various training initiatives and opportunities which the respective partners offer to their workers for their career progression and upskilling purposes.

This second collaboration will feature 10 companies to showcase the importance and value-add of training and to highlight the difference between one who is less skilled, without training and one who received training and is skilled to complete one’s job.
