Steve Distante gets Brian Brault to reveal how he carved his path into leadership and how he became EO’s coveted global chair. Brian share what 16 years of investment in EO has given him by using the Birthing of Giants program as his launching pad. Brian goes on to share how the opportunity to go to the Moscow was the factor that changed the trajectory of his involvement in EO. Together with his wife’s support Brian was able to graduate in 2006 and it coincided with Verne Harnish making the decision to step away from his position and offer it to another qualified member of EO.
