This is my first podcast after being released from prison 08/28/19 I discovered my purpose I understand stood my mission in life. I identify my battle and realized my battle is shared by millions of other people who are face with Anxiety and depression many commit sucide, many fall victim to substance abuse and alot more are affect by mass incarsiration.The fact is that many do not even know that they suffer for anxiety and depression.
