This episode has been the cursed episode with a re-record due to poor sound quality, Andrew "getting in a car accident" (popping a tire) on the way to the first recording, our Guest Bartender, Mike Merryman, cut the tip of his pinky finger off making the drinks during the second recording and this is the longest episode 2G1C has ever put out ... but this is one of our best episodes yet! Just like the Trinidad Sour, this journey has been full of bitters, but unlike the Trinidad Sour, our outcome is enjoyable and fun. Thank you to the Trini-Daddy Mike Merryman for agreeing to do this again. 

Recipe: Trinidad Sour Liquor.com recipe

• 1 1/2 ounces Angostura bitters

• ½ ounce Rye Whiskey

• ¾ ounces Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed

• 1 ounce Orgeat

• Garnish with a Lemon Twist

Preparation:

1. Add the Angostura bitters, rye whiskey, lemon juice, and orgeat into shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

2. Double-strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass.

3. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
