The second installment in our series on serial killers. The Bayou Blue serial killer - Ronald Dominiqe. He was active from 1997-2006 and charged with multiple counts of murder and sentenced to 8 consecutive life sentences. This is an interesting case because of the multiple reasons Ronald was able to continue his spree for so long. He has confessed to killing 23 men during the 9 years.
