this episode, we talk about the firing outside

Salman Khan's house and what the police have
0:35
said about the matter. We also
0:37
talk about the latest terror attack in
0:39
Jammu's Poonch region. But first,
0:41
we talk about the Congress's decisions regarding
0:43
the seats of Amiti and Raibery Lee.
0:49
Hi, I'm Sashant Bhargav, and you're listening
0:52
to 3 Things, the Indian Express News
0:54
Show. After
1:00
weeks of suspense and uncertainty, on
1:02
Friday, the last day of filing
1:04
nominations, the Congress finally revealed the
1:07
candidates for Amiti and Raibery Lee,
1:09
two seats in UP, which have been the
1:12
bastions of the Gandhi family. But
1:14
their announcement came with a twist.
1:17
Senior leader Rahul Gandhi, instead of
1:19
running from Amiti, which is what
1:21
most people expected, has opted to
1:23
run from Raibery Lee instead. This
1:26
switch is being seen as a safer choice
1:28
for him, considering that he had lost from
1:30
the seat in 2019
1:32
to Union Minister Smriti Rani. Besides
1:35
this, the other big reveal was
1:37
that Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, despite
1:39
campaigning for the party, would not
1:42
be contesting at all. After
1:44
the announcement, we heard PM Modi react
1:46
to it by saying that it was
1:48
the fear of losing that was making
1:50
Rahul Gandhi move from one seat to
1:52
another. The
2:30
contesting from Amedhi said that the fact
2:32
that the Gandhis are not contesting from
2:34
the seat means that they have already
2:36
accepted defeat. Now
3:01
to talk about these decisions of the
3:03
Grand Old Party, Indian Express's Mautri Saeth
3:05
joins us in this segment. Mautri,
3:08
first tell us what is the reason
3:10
that the Congress took so long to
3:12
announce the candidates from Amedhi and Raibareli?
3:14
See, there are two things.
3:16
First of all that because the decision was
3:18
to be made whether both of them should
3:21
be contesting. By both, I mean whether Pianka
3:23
and Rahul both should be there on ground
3:25
contesting from Raibareli and Amedhi or they should
3:27
be contesting on one seat. That
3:30
was one decision. Another was what people in
3:32
Raibareli, Congress leaders tell me that they wanted
3:34
to take BJP by surprise. That
3:37
they have no doubt literally done. They have been successful
3:39
in doing that. So they wanted to
3:41
take them by surprise because till the last moment
3:43
BJP did not know how to go about it
3:45
and whether they will be fielding Rahul, whether they will
3:47
be fielding Pianka or they would not be contesting. So
3:50
Ultimately, it was BJP who went ahead first
3:53
and declared their candidate and the declaration by
3:55
the Congress came in later on. So They
3:57
have at least been successful in doing that.
4:00
That that was one thing that they wanted
4:02
to do it because they thought that includes
4:04
the declaration would come in before the laws
4:06
they have the nomination they might be some
4:08
of one day policy does will say that
4:10
different that they might be some with sued
4:12
by the bjp as lot of those other
4:14
side of the candidate of consensus that of
4:16
the two things that led to the delay
4:18
basically. A. Most you talking about
4:20
a meaty? This will be the first time
4:22
and twenty five years. That no guns
4:25
he will be contesting from the seat.
4:27
What? Is the result of law was
4:29
is contesting from the library instead. See.
4:31
Them many today's the good even in the
4:34
last woman they were like will be contesting
4:36
the go to This one example in a
4:38
meaty as late night on does he does
4:40
for putting up also thought it often so
4:43
till the last moment even those on the
4:45
ground preparing for the of i googled nominees
4:47
not no idea will be as funny coming
4:49
from the site so as other thing to
4:52
do various theories that the of people have
4:54
been thinking about within gong this process all
4:56
it's that the on the t was actually
4:58
lost by a dozen last time. I. Saw.
5:01
That gone was actually broke because it
5:03
was the bash him but he lost
5:05
it from then suddenly as I but
5:08
he leave was being vacated by Sony.
5:10
Also somebody has to take over. I'm
5:12
people say those are closer than there
5:14
Was a lesson on behalf of the
5:16
and got too optimistic when they have
5:19
been mathematically the study so there was
5:21
no choice except to field dollars because
5:23
leavings I believe he was outside of
5:25
one constancy forbid they have been winning
5:28
constantly rather than taking a meeting their
5:30
that last last. Time that was the
5:32
them. Also thought this is one thing
5:34
that was taken into consideration. Another thirty
5:36
with is going on did as biggest
5:39
issue no one is build a meteor.
5:41
why not down would have to choose
5:43
one. Constancy. rights apart from
5:45
contesting some guy but he leaves a whole
5:47
is also consistent from vine are did get
5:50
along and this is an interesting seed because
5:52
it was his nc dead that had hoped
5:54
to congress sweep the looks of up wasn't
5:56
getting nine two thousand and be but how
5:58
is awful planning to justify leaving
6:00
YNAD and picking a matee
6:03
if he chooses to do that later on. So,
6:06
in case Rahul chooses because next
6:08
in line also there will be
6:11
two options. So, in case Rahul
6:13
leaves YNAD and chooses Raibareli, he
6:15
can always say, this is his
6:17
mother's constancy, that family factor and
6:19
emotional connect. So, he always he'll
6:22
have that backing to say why
6:24
he is choosing Raibareli over YNAD.
6:26
Secondly, even if he leaves Raibareli
6:28
and takes on YNAD, people are
6:30
expecting that maybe in by-election Priyanka
6:33
Yankar. Because even though she
6:35
has been campaigning for her brother also, but
6:37
she has managed election in Raibareli for
6:39
her mother for a long time. So, people
6:41
in namati as far as congressmen are concerned,
6:44
they are more connected to Priyanka rather
6:46
than Rahul. So, these are the theories
6:48
which are being spoken about the Congress
6:50
leaders there in namati and Raibareli. And
6:53
Mautry, why has Priyanka chosen not to make
6:55
her electoral debut this time? Because there were
6:57
a lot of murmurs about it. Why did
6:59
she decide not to do it? See,
7:01
there are many things. First of
7:03
all, the kind of defeat
7:06
that even though the local Congress
7:08
state president might have taken on
7:10
him, that 2022 defeat,
7:13
but the fact remains that the
7:15
entire campaign, the front face was
7:17
Priyanka in 2022 assembly
7:19
election in UP. She was literally
7:21
all over the state deciding on
7:23
candidates, everything. It was her campaign.
7:26
She was the face of that
7:28
election. And the way a party,
7:30
not just party numbers reduced, even
7:32
the vote percentage reduced to like the
7:34
lowest ever. Because after
7:36
that, she completely left UP. She
7:38
didn't come to UP at all. So, after
7:40
that election, it was a setback obviously for
7:42
her also. And for the team, so she
7:44
kind of took a step back, taking review
7:46
of things, how to move forward with it.
7:49
So, probably that is one factor
7:51
that has kind of restrained them from
7:53
actually going ahead and contesting from rivalry
7:56
as far as this election is concerned.
8:00
Raibarelli, can you talk about who the
8:02
BJP has fielded from the seat, who
8:04
Rahul will be contesting against? See,
8:07
BJP has fielded Dinesh Pratap Singh,
8:09
he's a minister in the Yogi government
8:11
in Uttar Pradesh and basically he was
8:13
a Congress leader. He was a Congress
8:15
MLC before joining BJP. He joined BJP
8:17
before 2019 election and he was chosen,
8:19
he wanted to contest, he had an
8:21
aspiration to contest Nok Sabha and BJP
8:23
gave him the ticket. At that point
8:25
also when he joined BJP he was
8:28
a Congress MLC and he has his
8:30
presence because he is from Raibarelli and
8:32
his entire family is there in Raibarelli.
8:34
His brother has been an air sitting
8:36
MLA, his brother's wife has been Jilla
8:38
Panchay chairman. So over the years they
8:40
have kind of developed their Raibarelli as
8:43
their field. BJP again repeated him, why
8:45
was that? Because in Raibarelli they couldn't
8:47
find any other stronger candidate because in
8:49
2019 he
8:51
was the one who was able to
8:54
actually reduce the margin of victory of
8:56
Sonia Rani. I remember in 2014 Sonia's
8:59
margin was roughly about 3.45 or 3.5 lakh votes
9:01
and it reduced to
9:05
half against Dinesh Pratap Singh. Even
9:07
though this time there was lot of
9:09
resentment for Dinesh within BJP also. If
9:11
you remember in between there was a
9:13
talks about what one might be there
9:15
from Raibarelli as in after all these
9:17
things. Ultimately BJP landed on Dinesh Pratap
9:19
Singh and he has been repeated as
9:21
their candidate from Raibarelli and he will
9:23
be contesting against Rahul this time. And
9:26
when it comes to Amati the Congress has fielded
9:28
the 63 year old Kishori
9:30
Lal Sharma who will be facing
9:32
Smriti Rani. Talk about Kishori
9:35
Lal a bit and why he was chosen for
9:37
this seat. See Kishori Lal
9:39
is a person who has never been
9:41
on the front. He is a backroom
9:43
person and he has been managing elections
9:45
for Dandis in Amati and Raibarelli for
9:47
decades. He basically hails from Roodhiana. He
9:49
is not an Amati or a Raibarelli
9:52
person. He first came in Amati in
9:54
1983 and there was a
9:56
program which was being run by Rajiv Gandhi
9:58
then to have a Youth Congress. leader
10:00
monitor development schemes, youth Congress
10:02
leaders from outside the state. He was
10:04
in his early 20s when
10:06
he was brought in by Rajiv Gandhi.
10:09
There's an assembly segment called PILOI. So
10:11
he was made in charge of that
10:13
PILOI constituency under that program. And then
10:15
in next elections when Rajiv Gandhi fought,
10:18
he became part of his team and
10:20
over the years he started managing election
10:22
for him and when Sonia came in
10:24
in 1999, Kishore Lal was the person
10:26
who along with even Priyanka, I admitted
10:29
that along with Priyanka, they were the
10:31
two people who actually sat
10:33
down together to actually have all
10:35
the election strategy together for Sonia.
10:37
And then when Rahul came in
10:40
in 2004, he was managing both
10:42
Sonia's election in Raibareli as well as
10:44
Rahul's election in Amethi in 2004. He
10:47
did the same thing in 2009 election
10:49
both for Rahul as well as Sonia
10:51
Gandhi in Raibareli. But in 2014, there
10:54
was some resentment against him in Amethi.
10:56
Rahul kind of also wanted his own
10:58
team to take over in Amethi. That
11:00
was the time when Kishore Lal completely
11:03
left Amethi and he moved to
11:05
Raibareli as a representative of Sonia
11:07
Gandhi. Since then he was mainly
11:09
concentrating on Raibareli working for Sonia.
11:11
So it's been 40 years for
11:13
him working in Amethi and Raibareli.
11:15
There's no doubt that he knows
11:17
each and every person inside out,
11:19
not just within Congress, but even
11:21
other parties, other sectors as well.
11:23
So he knows people around. But
11:25
yes, coming to the front of
11:27
the election, it's a first for
11:29
him. Right. And in that sense,
11:32
it will be Priyanka who will be the face
11:34
of the campaign and will be countering Smriti Rani
11:36
for him. Meinikal
11:48
seh, satsi sah sali
11:51
samat seh jhante hai. Amethi
11:53
ki gali gali jhante, daga
11:56
jhante, hai karikasar pojante hai.
12:00
And as we all learn, we have
12:02
our own culture
12:24
and experience this process. Many
12:27
people say that even he was taken with a
12:29
surprise that he will be contesting a matrix. He
12:31
was also kind of not ready to go
12:34
into the field all of a sudden. So,
12:36
since with the battling of Priyanka sitting there
12:38
and countering Smiti, so he kind of expects
12:40
that he'll have a better position. And
12:43
Mautry, how confident is the party of
12:45
actually winning from these two seats? Congress
12:48
is confident. When I was talking to
12:50
Congress people, there are two things that
12:53
they are confident. First, it's not about
12:55
BJP in these two seats. It's about
12:57
the anti-encompensity against the sitting candidate. People
13:00
are not happy with Smiti. That is what they
13:02
are banking on. When it comes
13:04
to Raibareli, there are two things. First of
13:06
all, it's a first election for Rahul. So,
13:08
people usually in these constancy, they say, pay
13:10
first election, Nikal do. They start questioning his
13:12
style from the next election. And
13:15
then again in Raibareli also, there's
13:17
Dinesh Vataap Singh. And since he
13:19
has been minister, there's that kind
13:21
of resum resentment against Dinesh Vataap
13:24
Singh also in Raibareli. So, apart
13:26
from the Congress supporters, they are
13:28
banking on the resentment against Dinesh
13:30
Vataap Singh to come in their favor. But
13:33
they were also hoping largely on getting
13:35
SP support in Amethi Raibareli because SP,
13:37
as far as assembly elections is concerned,
13:39
it has been doing well in those
13:41
elections. So, they were banking. But irony
13:44
is that the SP MLAs with whom
13:46
that they would have got the support,
13:48
they have shifted to BJP. So,
13:50
that sector is there. But still people are
13:52
claiming within Congress that they'll be able to
13:54
get the support. It's okay if two leaders
13:57
have moved. But local SP support, they'll get.
14:00
hoping that once a clash also comes into
14:02
camping for them, so that SP base would
14:04
move in their favor. And
14:11
next we talk about the Salman Khan firing case.
14:14
During the early hours of April
14:16
14, two gunmen opened fire outside
14:19
actor Salman Khan's residence in Mumbai.
14:22
And as the police began investigating the matter, a
14:25
Facebook post allegedly uploaded by
14:27
Anmol Bishnoi, the younger
14:29
brother of jail gangster Lawrence Bishnoi
14:31
claimed responsibility for the firing. Lawrence
14:34
Bishnoi is currently lodged in the
14:36
Sabarmati prison in Gujarat, facing charges
14:39
in connection with the murder of
14:41
singer Sidhu Musivala. Now
14:43
the other major development in the case took place
14:45
when one of the accused allegedly
14:47
took his own life while being in
14:49
police custody. To know more about
14:51
the case and how it unfolded, my colleague
14:54
Niharika Nanda speaks to Indian Express's Mohammad Thawar,
14:56
who has been tracking the case for the
14:58
paper. So, Muhammad, all of
15:00
this started with a shooting that took
15:02
place outside actor Salman Khan's house. Can
15:05
you begin by telling us how it all unfolded?
15:08
Yeah, so in the morning in the
15:10
vr's of 14th April around 5am, there
15:13
were two people that came on a
15:15
bike and they fired five rounds, one
15:17
of which reached the balcony of the
15:20
residence of Salman Khan. He stays at
15:22
the Galaxy apartment in Bandra. This was
15:24
surprising because Salman Khan enjoys a wireless
15:26
security in spite of which somebody managed
15:29
to fire rounds and one of the
15:31
bullets actually reached the balcony. Another
15:33
surprising and shocking thing was that nobody
15:36
from the police even gave a chase
15:38
to the bikers in spite of
15:40
having such a security. So the two
15:42
bikers managed to flee from the spot.
15:45
Eventually, the Mumbai crime branch started investigating
15:47
the case and the local Bandra police
15:50
and they started tracking these two
15:52
people. They found that these two
15:54
people had taken a flat place
15:56
on rent in Panvel and based
15:58
on the details that they gathered,
16:00
eventually these two were arrested by
16:02
the police from Bhuj in Gujarat.
16:04
These two youngsters Sagarpal and Vicky
16:07
Gupta, they both were residents of
16:09
Bihar, Champaran. Also in the meantime,
16:11
what happened is Lawrence
16:13
Bishnoi, the gangster, like I'll have to
16:16
take you back to this. So, Lawrence
16:18
Bishnoi, the gangster whose gang is allegedly
16:20
involved in the murder of single Sidhu
16:22
Musewala, he has been giving threats to
16:25
Salman Khan for a long time. The
16:27
reason being that in 1998 when
16:30
Salman Khan and others were shooting for
16:32
the movie Hamzad Saath Hai and Rajasthan,
16:34
they had shot a black buck. Now
16:36
the black buck is considered a holy
16:38
animal for the Bishnoi community and Lawrence
16:40
Bishnoi hails from that community. So since
16:42
then, he has been threatening Salman Khan
16:44
that you know what you did was
16:46
wrong and you would have to pay
16:48
for it. So soon after this attack
16:50
took place, while Lawrence Bishnoi is lodged
16:52
in Sabarmati prison in Gujarat, his brother
16:54
and more Bishnoi who suspected to be
16:56
either in Canada or US, he created
16:58
a Facebook account and he claimed responsibility
17:00
for the attack. So the police eventually
17:02
arrested these two people, arrested two more
17:05
people who had provided the firearms for
17:07
these two and also named the Bishnoi
17:09
brothers as accused in the case. And
17:12
did the police have any inkling of this
17:14
at all? Had Salman Khan
17:16
received any threats before this? Yes,
17:19
there have been like you know once
17:21
there was a letter that had left
17:24
at the Bandra Bankstand in 2022 where
17:26
Salim Khan goes for a walk which
17:28
said that you know we are going
17:30
to target you. Then Salman Khan's manager
17:32
had received an email. So in all
17:34
these cases FIR had been registered, the
17:36
police had been investigating the matter but
17:38
generally the thinking in police circles was
17:40
that these were just empty threats and
17:42
they did not really see you
17:45
know such an attack taking place or even a
17:47
firing taking place outside his residence. So while FIRs
17:49
were registered there were no arrests made in
17:51
the case and the police by and last
17:53
thought this was just Bishnoi gang trying to
17:55
you know get some publicity and that they
17:57
did not mean to do anything. And
18:00
Mohammed, for those of you who might
18:02
not know, can you tell us more
18:04
about Lawrence Bishnoi, his gang and his
18:06
brother and Moll Bishnoi? Yeah,
18:08
so there have been extortion cases that
18:10
have been registered against the gang, but
18:12
this is mostly like this is a
18:14
gang that operates mainly in the northern
18:16
states. You know, this is one of
18:18
the few times where in Maharashtra they
18:20
have had their presence. Generally, it is
18:23
Punjab, Haryana, Western UP, Rajasthan. This is
18:25
the area where they are much more
18:27
active and there have been cases like
18:29
recently earlier this year, they shot dead
18:31
this one alleged Buki in Haryana because
18:33
he was not willing to pay them
18:35
ransom money. So this gang has been
18:37
notorious when it comes to extortion cases
18:39
and they are also involved in
18:41
these gang rivalries. And so this
18:44
gang has been operational in northern
18:46
India. There has been action taken
18:48
against them. Gang members have been
18:50
arrested. Lawrence Bishnoi continues to remain
18:52
behind bars. But in spite of
18:54
being behind bars, he tends to
18:56
be running his empire quite smoothly.
18:58
It would appear because these cases
19:00
keep happening and also his brother,
19:02
Anmol Bishnoi, his younger brother, who's
19:05
supposed to be operating out of either Canada or
19:07
US. So a lot of activity
19:09
takes place through him as well. Then they
19:12
have the accomplice Goldie Brawer. So, you know,
19:14
even though Lawrence is lodged behind bars, all
19:16
these other gang members ensure that the activities
19:18
of the gang continue. And
19:21
as similar incidents happened before as
19:23
well, how common would you
19:25
say such shooting incidents are? So
19:27
in the 90s, you know, when the underworld
19:30
was at its peak in Mumbai, when there
19:32
was the Aussie Brian gang, Rajin gang, at
19:34
that point of time, one did hear of
19:36
celebrities, Bollywood actors being, you know, threatened and
19:39
extortion calls being made. But over the past
19:41
decade, decade and a half, this has been
19:43
an anomaly, you know. The only threats that
19:45
one has generally seen is Salman Khan getting
19:48
threats from Bishnoi. But one, like for a
19:50
firing to take place outside his residence and
19:52
for the accused to get away and for
19:54
the bullet to reach the balcony is really,
19:57
you know, a point finger that whether
19:59
the security. in place was sufficient enough
20:01
or no. So in that sense, it has
20:03
come as a bit of a shock to
20:05
the police establishment and the family in general,
20:07
the family too was unhappy with the police,
20:09
the actors family, they asked them why were
20:11
these people not chased by the police? How
20:13
many cops were there when the attack took
20:16
place? So this incident, you know, is not
20:18
normal in the sense that at least over
20:20
the past decade and a half, such instances
20:22
have not taken place. So it is a
20:24
bit alarming. When Mohammed post
20:26
the arrest, according to the reports, one
20:28
of the accused died by suicide while
20:31
being in custody in Dallas,
20:33
what all has happened after the initial
20:35
arrest? So on Wednesday,
20:37
the four accused, they were lodged in
20:39
the prison in Mumbai crime branch. And
20:41
one of the accused, Anu Thapan, who
20:44
had been arrested from Punjab, he was
20:46
apparently the guy who had given the
20:48
firearms to the two accused. He committed
20:50
suicide in the prison. What happened is
20:52
that while two other accused had been
20:54
taken by the police to record their
20:56
statement, he was in the lockup and
20:59
he then asked to use the washroom
21:01
and he used the bed
21:03
sheet given to him. He tore a bit of that
21:06
and hung himself in the washroom is
21:08
what the crime branch has said. So
21:10
after that, the state CID has been
21:12
asked to conduct an investigation into the
21:15
matter because it becomes a custodial death.
21:17
And in custodial death cases, the same
21:19
agency under whose custody the accused is
21:21
cannot conduct an investigation. So the state
21:24
CID came to the Mumbai police headquarters.
21:26
They have taken the CCTV footage of
21:28
the lockup where the accused had been
21:30
kept and they are recording statements of
21:33
the other accused who were present in
21:35
the lockup to find out if
21:37
you know, Anu had been beaten up
21:39
or if there was any issue because
21:41
of which he would have committed suicide
21:43
or if there is any foul play.
21:45
So right now a team from the
21:47
state CID is conducting investigation on his
21:49
death. And along with that, a magisterial
21:51
inquiry is also underway. So these will
21:53
bring to light whether there was any
21:55
foul play involved in the matter because
21:58
what has happened is that The family of
22:00
Anusthappan has alleged that he was not
22:02
a person who would commit suicide and
22:04
they alleged that this is a murder
22:06
because he would not commit suicide, he
22:08
had no reason to commit suicide. And
22:11
now while the Mumbai Police Crime Branch
22:13
investigation will continue into the case, the
22:15
state CID will be conducting an investigation
22:17
into the custodial then. And
22:19
Muhammad, now can you talk about the
22:21
kind of political reactions that this incident
22:23
has garnered? What have we heard
22:26
from the local leaders? Yeah,
22:28
so soon after the incident, the Marastah
22:30
CM Ignat Shinde went and met Salman
22:32
Khan, his father Salim Khan, and he
22:34
assured that such an incident will not
22:37
take place again because there were question
22:39
marks on the security. The opposition has
22:41
been asking questions about the
22:43
law and order in the state, given that a
22:45
person who enjoys Y plus security, if such a
22:48
person, if there can be an attack outside the
22:50
residence of such a person, then what would be
22:52
the state of the general law and order in
22:54
the city? So in that sense, the opposition did
22:57
take the government to task asking them about
22:59
how such an incident could happen in the
23:01
case of such a high profile actor, especially
23:04
in light of the fact that he has
23:06
been receiving threats from them in the past
23:08
as well. In spite of that,
23:10
such an incident happening, this has been used by
23:12
the opposition to target the government. And
23:19
in the end, we talk about Jammu and Kashmir. One
23:22
Saturday evening, an Air Force personnel
23:24
was killed and four others injured
23:26
in a terror attack in Jammu's
23:29
Poonch district. According
23:31
to a report by Indian Express's Arun
23:33
Sharma, two vehicles carrying the Indian Air
23:35
Force personnel came under fire
23:37
from terrorists around 6pm. The
23:40
injured personnel were evacuated to Udhampur for
23:42
treatment on Indian Air Force choppers, where
23:44
one of them passed away. Sources
23:47
said that combing and search operations had been going on
23:49
in the area for the past few days following
23:52
reports of militant movement. During
23:54
the searches, militants opened fire on a
23:57
vehicle carrying the Indian Air Force personnel
23:59
who retaliated. It's key
24:01
to note that this is the third
24:03
militant attack in the Pee Panchal region
24:05
spread over Rajori and Poon's districts in
24:08
the last two weeks. In the previous
24:10
attacks, a 40-year-old villager was killed after
24:12
militants opened fired on the 22nd of
24:14
April and on the 28th of April,
24:16
a village defense guard was killed in
24:19
the area of Putdampur. Leaders
24:21
from across party lines have condemned
24:23
the incident with Congress leader Rahul
24:26
Gandhi calling the attack shameful and
24:28
cowardly and Congress president Malika Jhunkhargay
24:30
asserting that the country stood united
24:32
for the soldiers. We also
24:34
heard from Assam Chief Minister and BJP
24:37
leader Himantabhishwasarma who in a post on
24:39
next said that those responsible for the
24:41
atrocious act will face the full force
24:43
of justice. You
