My name is Dr. Arease Edison. I believe the most beautiful thing about being human is being vulnerable… it’s what makes us human. I value helping others develop an authentic relationship with themselves and I believe we all deserve to be healed, whole and well.

Wellness is a way of life and it’s simple… do the little things often!

I started an aromatherapy line this year to continue to promote wellness in communities of color… we have to learn how to take care of ourselves and cope with distress instead of emotional numbing with sex, alcohol, drugs and food.

We can break generational curses by learning new information and new ways of being.

It’s time to stop sleep walking and identify the things we need to work on and develop the courage to to have a more authentic existence.
