Patty looks back at the quarter and the year that was and how far things have gone but are also, in the end, just ok. From reclaiming spaces and places and wifi accidents, the past couple of months have been... interesting.

She is then joined by Malini (for the third time -- they say it's a charm) and we try to evaluate how we fared in 2018. Were there best practices? Were there logical principles to follow? We try and find out. We also have some drinks and fail to pronounce the word raison d'être. Maybe next year, we'll get it right.
