Targeting disabled people. Tricked them to sign for a second mortgage, when they try to SELL their property.

Owner/Seller/Victim a disabled war veteran becomes homeless AGAIN (3rd time). Can not get help. Instead is arrested by Phoenix Police Department for trespassing on his own property, that has a VA loan on it. Disabled War Veteran who purchased his first and ONLY home using the VA home loan, always made payments earlier for 8 years, now is not allowed on the property.
