Google 等19家企業今天起該做到的事可歸納為5項，包括在收到個別使用者通知或國家機構告知後，迅速移除根據歐盟法規及歐盟成員國法規所訂的非法內容，使用者條款必須寫得更易懂，移除用戶內容或限制觀看前須通知用戶並解釋原因等等。
