累積了三輯的經驗，全新的《手語隨想曲4》繼續以生動有趣、成效顯著的形象化教學方式教授手語。戲劇方面，我們會以手語人士包括聾人、聾人子女和手語翻譯員等等的真實生活經歷為藍本，用寫實的手法編寫單元短劇。這些由手語人士娓娓道來的故事，有溫馨的，也有苦澀的，全都盛載着他們的心聲。他們更會在故事中分享有關聾健的相處經驗和聾人的獨特文化，藉此促進聾健之間的互相了解，希望令更多聾、健人士對學習手語產生興趣。
