Tianne came to yoga after a long career as a high performance athlete. She practiced and taught Ashtanga and power vinyasa until one night, when out for a walk with her dog, Tianne was hit by a car. Her yoga practice changed dramatically to a restorative, healing practice, including meditations to cultivate inner peace and forgiveness within the trauma. Tianne now specializes in teaching and training health and yoga professionals in powerfully transformative, healing yoga and meditation practices. Tianne is a registered yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance) and certified yoga therapist (member of International Association of Yoga Therapists), and international teacher trainer. Tianne will guide easy yet powerful 3-minute meditations during the show.
