As we head into the new year and people start thinking about those new year resolutions, we thought it was only fitting to talk about the art of goal setting! 

So we sat down with Joe Fiore, a Senior Director and Clinical Development Lead at Bristol Myers Squibb. In this role Joe oversees multiple studies focusing on lung cancer and leads a team of clinical trial physicians, and he obtained this role in 4 years while at the company. Before this, Joe started his career as a Clinical Scientist PharmD Fellow at Merck and stayed on as a Senior Clinical Scientist for two years before joining Bristol Myers Squibb.
