In this Episode I speak with Omar McGill who is running for Schenectady County Legislature. Omar is a Homegrown Hero, having grown up in the Schenectady area he went on to graduate from Morehouse University. He came home to work at the NYS Assembly and NYS Senate. Omar also started his own Nonprofit EPIC INC. that assists individuals with seeing their potential in education and future Career success. Omar is passionate and motivated and ready to show the true definition of Leadership.
