To help understand, we chat to Managing Director of Tshimong, the school of public speaking, Thamie Pooe. Tshimong is a social enterprise strengthening, multiplying, and amplifying the voices of young people. Tshimong introduces a debating, public speaking and leadership format to corporate social responsibility programmes in order to help young people develop important critical thinking; communication; and leadership skills.
