You must develop:
The ability to lead people.
Do you positively influence and make the people around you better?
Developing and Improving Systems.   There’s even a bonus one in this episode but you have to listen to it to find out what it is.   Bonus Tip: This all starts with leading yourself well!   Leadership is needed but if you don’t have systems in place then it’s just not as effective.   Sometimes it can be hard to find people with both skill sets.
