Authorities in Sri Lanka are racing to answer the who, how and why questions about the the coordinated bombings that killed more than 300 people on Easter Sunday. The terrorist group Islamic State is claiming responsibility and there are suggestions the attack was a response to the Christchurch mosque shootings.
