Former pastor Walter B. Hoye II is the founder of the Issues 4 Life Foundation which ministers to Black leaders with the goal of activating greater involvement in the Pro-Life Movement.  He discovered there are four major reasons why many, if not most, Black pastors are largely silent about Pro-Life activism, even as they are in fact active in other social issues.  He focuses on the top reason and outlines his strategy for helping these pastors in this second of two parts.
