This week Amanda is joined by Charleen Greensword (The Mummy Mentor NI), a former NHS Midwife who after 18 years in the job was struggling mentally with the pressure and work hours/conditions and chose to find her balance, freedom and follow her purpose in another way. During a career break she set up her own award winning business in Hynobirthing and Baby Massage which aims to support mothers and babies from pregnancy, birth and beyond. Charlene's ts a fabulous story of adapting and finding balance in life whilst being a huge contribution to others by following her purpose.
