The goal of this podcast is to help further destigmatize mental illness in minority communities where we’re traditionally taught to suffer in silence. It’s our hope that listeners walk away knowing that it is ok to talk about it, it’s ok to feel, it’s ok to seek help, and most importantly you’re not alone. Join us as we discuss our experiences.
