1. Schedule: check with your district for the framework of your child's day, build in flexible chunks of time to accommodate their needs and the needs of your household 
2. Routine: be sure that you establish routines for your child’s day based on subject, needs, and age. Don't forget the importance of caring and community routines
3. Structure: create expectations and clear guidelines for the learning environment with your child 

A few last thoughts: once you set these systems up be sure to create visual reminders for your child to help with getting used to this new normal.
