Farron Dozier, SFC, Retired, U.S. Army Disabled Veteran,  Sickle Cell Traits Awareness  Advocate, Motivational  Speaker, and Radio Personality. Farron battled with accepting his new reality as a retired, disabled military Veteran, so when an opportunity to participate in a world-renowned training program was presented to him, he accepted.  On this journey, Farron not only identified the distortions in his perceptions and outdated beliefs, but he rediscovered who he is as a man, son, father, grandfather, and servant leader.
