We have thoroughly enjoyed sharing our personal stories as patients consuming medical cannabis and providing cannabis education to those looking for information about this medicinal plant. Episode 1, Our story/Our journey to now: We talk about accessing medicinal cannabis as a natural therapeutic option for healing through and after breast cancer treatments. Despite the stigma about people who consume it, we held firm to our personal beliefs and to the science that helped us understand HOW this is medicine. 

Episode 2, Patient-centred care (stigma, cancer, and cannabis): We talked all about stigma in medicine surrounding this plant. There is still a lot of stigma around cannabis, but we have learned and noticed that patient-centered care results in less stigma. 

Episode 3, Cancer and Cannabis - The Patient Mindset: We share our personal stories around the "mindset" we each held during our breast cancer journeys and how cannabis played an essential role in our health and wellness.

Episode 4, The Endocannabinoid System - What is it and how does it work? We share knowledge and insight on how medicinal cannabis and a healthy lifestyle work together to promote a healthy, balanced endocannabinoid system. This episode is our most popular episode yet! Please check it out!

Episode 5, The Journey of the Cannabis Plant: It's essential to recognize those who came before us, educating and advocating for the cannabis plant. We break down the history of the cannabis plant, one of humanity's oldest cultivated crops. 

Episode 6, Cannabinoids - What are they: We introduce our listeners to these naturally occurring chemical compounds and how they can play an essential role in pain relief, inflammation, and general health. 

Episode 7, An Introduction to Cannabis Terpenes and Flavonoids: We use our "cannabis sommelier" skills to help you better understand how to pick out your favourite terpenes and the effects they're known to have. In this episode, we also introduced our listeners to Davinci Vaporizers!  Inhalation with a well-crafted device is critical for grabbing those terpenes at the proper temperatures.

Episode 8, Cannabis Legalization - the rules and regulations (and how they affect the medical cannabis patient): We review how and why cannabis became federally legal across Canada. This is helpful information to add to your toolkit of cannabis knowledge. We also acknowledge those patients who advocated for a legal Medical Cannabis System in Canada.

Episode 9, Cannabis for Pain, Stress, Anxiety, and Common Conditions: we break down the common conditions and symptoms that cannabis has known to help. We discuss types of pain and how cannabis can affect our perception of pain, including Cancer-related pain. We see stress, anxiety, sleep, and other related symptoms as the most common reasons people ask us about cannabis medicine.
