From the land of Arnold, Missouri where the only skyscraper we need is a water tower, comes an entertainment podcast where two bold Midwesterners record a stream of consciousness touching on everything from movies, comics, to politics. A two-nerds-talking podcast with great chemistry and enthusiasm between the hosts. Dan and Charlie are a delight to listen to. Worth a listen!
I love the vibe that the two hosts and occasional cohosts have! They generally formulate their arguments in a clear or vague manner, depending on whether or not the topic is water towers, movies or deep existential reflections. As an overall geek, A-Town has come to be one of the podcasts that I am very happy to see appear in my feed. I personally like the meta-commentary about the process of making a podcast, though I would love to see some more specific discussions on it and not just digressions that turn to it. As long as you're not being a Noah, it is an all around great podcast! Just a side note, if you have a negative name for your listeners, I think it all fair that you choose a name for a good fan! I hear a certain mother has been very supportive of this podcast endeavour :)
