In this episode, hosts Uriel and Blandine discuss at the Amrita Integral Yoga Centre in Chiang Mai, Thailand about the concepts of small wholes and big wholes.
Sounds weird? Well, it's easier than you might think. Our relationship with the small “wholes”, or units –like family, friends, relationships and work environment– affect the big “whole”, the big unity of all things –may you call it God, the Absolute, Paramatman, the Tao– and our relationship with it. In this context we will touch important spiritual questions, like the effect of our spiritual practice on our daily life, how to love deep and shamelessly, integrating the couple relationship as a spiritual tool, the severe effects of guilt, the essential challenge of humanity today and: finally we will discover why Uriel choses to be the doormat of doormats.
