Growing up in an environment that was not understanding and welcoming of emotions Alexandra has chosen to learn ways to embrace her deep sensitivity. Through various studies as well as her own explorative meditative practice she has become evermore passionate about the meeting point between our physical body and our energy body. She believes that the more we can feel ourselves the more we are embracing our very truth and divinity. Sensations are the entry point to God, to that which is bigger and beyond ourselves.
