This week’s guest is Joe Ferraro, the pride of Brookfield, Connecticut and curator of the 1% Better Project. He is a four-year continuous member of the ABCA, a dedicated lifelong learner and thriving member of our podcast community. Many of our listeners have heard Ferraro referenced many times on this very show or out at the Barnstormers Clinics. A former college and high school coach who has also spent the past 20 years in the classroom, Ferraro brings an extraordinary dynamic to the airwaves this week. Ferraro takes us through his steep learning curve after becoming a college baseball head coach at the tender age of 21, working through the experience of coaching a 41-year-old pitcher and many players his own age which led him back in the high school ranks, maturing along the way and finding perspective of his coaching why. Ferraro now spends his time outside of the classroom interviewing world class leaders and authors on his 1% Better Podcast, exploring the mindset, language and behaviors of daily improvement.
