Pelland has the been the head baseball coach at Glenbard East in Illinois for the last 10 years and is the all-time winningest coach at the school. He played baseball at Central Michigan and is a certified John Maxwell Leadership trainer, PECI certified performance coach and an AFPA nutritional coach. He is also a board member for the Illinois High School Baseball Coaches Association. Pelland is a great presenter and is speaking on the Youth Stage for the 2022 ABCA Convention in Chicago.
