• On this episode, Lisa and Kayla talk about Lisa’s childhood and the extremely hard things that became a part of her story at a young age. They talk about identity issues in the complexities of not knowing her dad was her dad and his subsequent death, sexual abuse, her southern accent, and more. 
• Lisa’s story is one that is full of unimaginable pain and hurdles, but she tells her story through the lens of Gods grace. She reminds us all that our identity is found in Jesus. In the absence of a father, she has found peace in knowing we have a Father who loves us and calls us his own.
