For this week’s baby step, pay attention to your money triggers. Simply notice if you find yourself complaining about not having enough, finding yourself feeling guilty about what you bought, or notice how you talk to yourself when you can't buy something you want. Notice how that makes you feel and reflect on any patterns you notice.
