This episode is a Guest Lecture with Dana Kabat-Farr, Associate Professor at Dalhousie University’s Rowe School of Business in Nova Scotia, Canada. Dana Kabat-Farr defines and discusses the 3 classes of sexual harassment and the related concept of workplace incivilities. She and Sarah also discuss Title IX policy, a recent independent report about allegations of sexual harassment against a University of Michigan faculty member, and the importance of bystander training and intervention in light of the #MeToo movement.
