Job Interviews are tough but they are on a totally different level here in Japan. Besides the Shukatsu practice, Japanese students doing job hunting and interviews during their Junior year, there are very strict interview rounds and dress codes involved (including the ridiculous practice that HEELS are a must for women).

Now in the StartUp world, rules are very different. The process can be simpler and shorter but that doesn't mean that it's easier to pass it.
