Joanna works with holistic entrepreneurs (including plenty of acupuncturists) to help them set up structures and programs in their business that create more freedom for you, the practitioner.

In this episode we dig in and talk about her unique way of helping wellness providers set up treatment programs that not only better support their patients, but also generate regular monthly income and stability.

It's much more than creating a package or a membership. Joanna walks me through her process and we have a great time discussing the details.

This conversation gave me some really helpful insights about the way I run my cosmetic acupuncture packages at my office, and how I could change it to improve patient retention and compliance - and probably charge more!
