In case you were wondering - yes, it is extremely intimidating to stand next to those abs and no, you won’t find more genuine, humble or toned content creators than this pair.

I had the pleasure of meeting Caity and Rob at Expo West and have been working with them for over a year. They have been nothing but generous, sincere and relentless in their mission to add value to the brands they work with and the community they serve. No shocker here - they have a lot to show for it.

As fitness professionals they use Instagram as a way to motivate and inspire, as well as attract new potential clients for their online coaching business.
