Today's recovery tip for the day is about Think-Think-Think. As we all know in recovery, it was our thinking, our old thinking process, that got us here in the first place. When facing an issue, your first thought is the old thinking of your past. Hit 'delete'. Your second thought is your mind justifying the first thought of your old thinking from the past. Put it on 'pause'. Your third thought: is ask God and call your sponsor, if you need to. That's why we have the slogan: Think-Think-Think. Don't fall from doing that first thought. Always call your sponsor if there's even touch of doubt.
