Running Catch & Relax since 2005 and Business Improvement Consultants since 2002 and have my coaching Program Life On Your Terms for 1 year.

I live on an island in the Stockholm Archipelago and this life is what we want to share with our clients. I love nature adventures, creating adventure and experiences for our clients to create more balanced lives for people in my coaching business and help companies get better results through my consultant work.

I love fishing, boating, skiing, films, and books about personal development and my motto is "Obstacles are possibilities with thorns"
