Kamerhe, former Chief of staff of President Félix Tshisekedi has been sentenced to 13 years of forced labour.
He had lodged an appeal after he was convicted in June 2020 to 20 years for embezzlement of public funds relating to construction of prefabricated houses as part of the head of state's 100-day program.
